From the CTPO Toolkit

You've stared at your onboarding too long to see it.

A fresh-eyes teardown of your onboarding flow. Recorded walkthrough, prioritized fix list and what to measure.

€390 flat fee. Full refund if no issues are found.

Onboarding is the only screen 100% of your users see. It's also the one founders touch least. Every drop-off in the first 90 seconds is paid acquisition, burned.

  • A recorded walkthrough. Me using your product, narrating what works and what doesn't.
  • A prioritized fix list. Not 50 things to consider — the three or four changes that will actually move the needle.
  • The reasoning behind each one. So your engineers don't argue.

What this isn't: a 40-page deck, a discovery call, or a list of 50 things you'll never get to.

  1. You get in touch with me. No calls needed, no extra work for you, just tell me what to look at.
  2. I dig in. I use your product like a new user would. Then like a frustrated one.
  3. You get the teardown. Walkthrough plus prioritized fix list.
  4. One round of follow-up questions.

Leonardo Romanello

Fractional CTPO for early-stage founders.

I'm Leonardo. I've shipped onboarding flows that worked and flows that quietly killed conversion for months. The difference was rarely effort — it was usually someone outside the building pointing out what we couldn't see anymore. I built Promoty across 8 countries throughout acquisition. Now I do this for other founders.

Do we need to hop on a call first?

No, unless you want to. I remove work from your table, I don't add it.

My product is B2B / niche / unusual. Does this still work?

Yes. I've shipped onboarding for marketers, influencers, agencies, fintech apps, crypto wallets, and gym owners. Weird is fine. Send it.

What if I want you to actually fix what you find?

Different conversation. The teardown is a one-time deliverable. If you want to work with me long-term, check the retainer side — leonardo.tech.

What if I'm not happy with the report?

Tell me what's missing and I'll rework it. If it's still not useful, you get a refund.

What stage of company is this for?

You need a live product with real users going through it. If you're pre-launch or your onboarding is still on Figma, this isn't yet the right purchase. In that case, I'd still like to take a look.
